
Components
For the Shrimp:
- 1 lb shrimp peeled, deveined and butterflied
- 1 tsp sizzling pepper sesame oil you should use common sesame oil too
- 1 tsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ tsp minced ginger
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp sea salt

For the Sushi Rice:
- 1 ¾ cups water
- 1 ½ cups sushi rice
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
Toppings:
- Sliced cucumbers
- Furikake
- Sliced avocado
- Sriracha mayo
Directions
For the Rice:

Rinse the rice. Rinse the rice with chilly water in a big wonderful mesh strainer for 1-2 minutes, or till the water runs very clear. Drain properly.
