Del Mar Brings Two Tales of Mediterranean Fare to Easton


Cameron Mitchell’s latest Columbus restaurant is Del Mar, a Mediterranean-focused eatery that took over the previous Bon Vie area at Easton, throughout from the fountains. They’ve transformed the area into two ranges, with a downstairs bar and eating areas, and an upstairs atrium-style eating room, bar, and rooftop patios. They kindly invited us out to strive the place!

If you enter on the principle stage, you’re greeted with the host stand and a view of the downstairs bar and eating room.

And whereas the downstairs is gorgeous, should you’re provided the chance to see upstairs, we’d suggest you are taking it. The atrium-style eating room incorporates a vaulted glass ceiling, a great deal of greenery, and a full bar.

We began with a pair of their home cocktails: the Previous Long-established with Buffalo Hint, Coconut, Orange, Fig Bitters and the Seashore Celebration, a refreshing concoction of Pineapple Aperol, Lemon, Strawberry, Glowing Rosé  

Considered one of our favourite issues about Mediterranean eating places is the abundance of dips and small plates, and Del Mar begins off with a robust choice.
