Elements & Substitutions
- Pasta – tagliatelle or fettuccine flat pasta is greatest for my part (egg noodles work too)

1 small soup/cooking pan
- 2 boneless hen breasts, medium dimension
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 cup solar dried tomatoes, chopped finely
- 200 ml (14 oz) cooking cream*
- 50 g (5 tbsp.) Parmesan, freshly grated
- 250 g (16 oz) fettucine pasta
- water for boiling pasta in
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp. oregano, dried
- 2 tbsp. thyme, dried
- 2 tbsp. basil, dried
- salt and white pepper to style

In a big sauce pan add chopped onion & garlic and sauté in butter till golden. Add finely chopped hen breast and saute additional.

Subsequent, add finely chopped dried tomatoes, cooking cream and Parmesan cheese. Add in all spices/seasoning and let simmer for 4-5 minutes on low warmth. Put aside.

Within the meantime, in a big soup pan deliver water to a boil. Add fettucine pasta and let prepare dinner fully on low warmth.

Drain properly from extra water and blend with the cheese-chicken sauce. Serve instantly.
* Recent garlic will be substituted with garlic powder.
* Boneless hen breast will be substituted with different elements of the hen, turkey or floor meat as properly.
