Pumpkin Cream Pie
This dreamy Pumpkin Cream Pie is a decadent twist on the basic, that includes a creamy pumpkin filling enhanced with cream cheese for additional richness. A store-bought flaky frozen pie crust makes it a breeze to whip collectively!

- 4ouncescream cheesesoftened
- 115-ounce can pumpkin puree
- ⅓cupheavy whipping cream
- 1cupmild brown sugar
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract

- 19-inch frozen pie crust shell,thawed
For the Whipped Cream Topping:
- 1cupheavy whipping cream
- ¼cuppowdered sugar
- ½teaspoonvanilla extract
- Floor cinnamon for sprinkling
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F and place a rack within the backside third of the oven.
In a big mixing bowl,beat the softened cream cheese till clean pumpkin puree,heavy cream,brown sugar,vanilla extract,cinnamon,ginger,and nutmeg. Combine till effectively mixed.
Subsequent,add the eggs one by one,mixing effectively after every addition.
Pour the ready filling into the thawed pie crust.
Bake for quarter-hour,then scale back the oven temperature to 350°F and proceed baking for 40-45 minutes,filling needs to be largely set with a slight jiggle within the center.
Enable the pie to chill to room temperature,for atleast 1 hour.
Chill a bowl within the freezer for about 10 minutes then beat the heavy cream till it begins to thicken. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract,and proceed beating till comfortable peaks kind.
Unfold the whipped cream over the cooled pie leaving a little bit of an edge and a mound on the highest. Frivolously sprinkle with floor cinnamon if desired.
Serve instantly or refrigerate till serving.
