There’s a softness to this wine that dials down any sense of over-oakiness, giving the expertise a delicate, creamy physique that perks up on the end with a citrusy acidity, virtually tropical ultimately. Laborious to place down and, in actual fact, when pairing the wine with a Center Jap dinner, we didn’t.
